Shipping Policy / Returns & Complains
- We can ship to virtually any address within Pakistan(some areas are exceptional as they are unreachable to the delivery companies).
- Shipping takes 2-3 working days in main cities and 5-8 working days in small cities and districts.
Please also note that the shipping time may vary in case of unannounced holidays, non favorable weather conditions, delays in dispatch due to work disorders or delay by the delivery company.
- If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window. Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition.
- You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. We will not pay the return shipping costs.
- Please note that some products are not eligible for a return if the product is"No longer needed".
Valid reasons to return an item
- Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival).
- Delivered Product is incorrect (presentation different on website) / incomplete (missing parts).
Conditions for Returns
- The product must be in its original condition, original packaging, unused, and without any flaws.
- The product must include all components and accessories
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box. and product must be returned with the shipping label attached.
- The product must be properly packed for courier so it does not get damaged on its transit back to us.
If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

Issuance of Refunds
- Amount will be refunded after we receive the parcel and it meets the above conditions..
- If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method:
- Bank Transfer
- Store Credit (You can receive a discount code which will allow you to use the amount in future purchases).
